Terms of Use
By downloading or using Car Jam Parking (the “Game”), you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
License and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game on Apple devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, resell, exploit, automate, interfere with, or use the Game unlawfully, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Virtual items and purchases
- Coins, gems, cars, boosters, crates, passes, and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Some offers may use randomized rewards. The Game shows the applicable rarity probabilities before a crate is opened.
- Purchases are processed by Apple. Billing, cancellation, subscription management, and refund requests are governed by Apple’s rules and your App Store account settings.
- Subscriptions, when offered, renew unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Price and period are shown before confirmation.
Availability, updates, and termination
Features and balancing may change to improve quality, security, or compliance. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Game or other users. You may stop using the Game at any time by deleting it and canceling active subscriptions through Apple.
Intellectual property and disclaimer
The Game, its original artwork, code, music, names, and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date on this page. Applicable consumer-protection law remains unaffected. Any dispute will be governed by the laws applicable to the provider, subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction available to you as a consumer.
Privacy Policy
Data stored on your device
Game progress, settings, earned virtual items, tutorial state, and local diagnostics are stored on your device so the Game can function. Deleting the Game normally deletes this local data unless your device or Apple services preserve a backup.
Apple services and purchases
Apple may process purchase, subscription, crash, and download information under Apple’s own privacy policy. The Game receives StoreKit transaction status needed to deliver or restore purchases; payment-card details are never provided to us.
No tracking or sale
We do not sell personal information, use third-party advertising trackers, create advertising profiles, or combine Game activity with data from other companies.
Future online features
If online services, cloud progress, leaderboards, referrals, or analytics are enabled in a future version, this policy, the in-app disclosure, and the App Store privacy information will be updated before that version is released.
Children and security
The Game is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. We use platform security and data minimization appropriate to the features in the current release, but no storage system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
Retention and international use
Local game data remains until you reset or delete the Game. Apple retains information it controls under its own policies. The Game may be downloaded internationally; mandatory local privacy rights remain available.
Your privacy choices
- Delete local data: delete the Game from your device. If restored from an Apple backup, delete that backup through your Apple account settings.
- Manage purchases: use Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions or Apple’s purchase-history tools.
- Ask a question: contact us at the address below. Because the current release has no user account or online profile, we may have no server-side record to identify or delete.

Privacidade
A versão atual funciona offline, não possui SDK de anúncios, não usa IDFA, não rastreia você em outros apps e não envia eventos de gameplay aos nossos servidores. Progresso e preferências ficam armazenados localmente no aparelho. A Apple pode processar informações de compras, downloads e falhas conforme a política própria dela.
Suas escolhas
