Privacy policy

Applies to the current server version. Last revised: 2026-09-07.

What is collected today

• Anonymous account: a random identifier created by the server. We do not ask for name, e-mail, phone or login.
• Runs: the actions you send (revealed cell, flag, tool), the run state, and the score computed by the server.
• Game economy: in-game currency balance, items and progress.
• Technical logs: IP address and request timestamps, used to limit abuse. Session tokens and full receipts are never written to logs.

What is NOT collected

• Behavioural telemetry is off. No analytics events are sent in this version.
• No ads, no advertising identifier, no cross-app tracking.
• No in-app purchases are active in this version.
• We do not use location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera.

If any of these is enabled in the future, this text and the in-app notices will be updated before activation, and telemetry will only run with explicit per-category consent.

Retention

• Sessions: revoked on account deletion, erased within 30 days.
• Telemetry: erased immediately on account deletion.
• In-game financial records: kept without personal data for 5 years, for accounting and fraud-prevention obligations.

Your rights

You can delete your account from the app or by writing to suporte@hakce.com. Deletion is permanent: the account is anonymous, so it cannot be restored afterwards.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and does not collect data that would identify them.
