This policy describes Bricks Blocks version 2.0 for iPhone and iPad, provided by IDEAL SERVICOS E DESENVOLVIMENTO LTDA ("we", "us" or "our").

Game data stored on your device

The game runs from files included in the app and does not require an account. Game progress, stars, high scores and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not operate an online leaderboard or cloud-save service for Bricks Blocks. Deleting the app can delete this local data.

Optional rewarded advertising

Bricks Blocks uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform for optional rewarded ads and privacy choices. Watching an available ad can award one extra life. An internet connection is required for ads, but is not required to play or retry.

Google's advertising and consent services may process IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, device or app identifiers, advertising data, product interactions, diagnostics, crash information and performance information. These data may be used for third-party advertising, analytics, app functionality, ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, security and service operation.

The app requests non-personalized ads, disables publisher first-party identifiers and does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. These settings do not prevent all data processing needed to provide, measure and protect advertising services.

Advertising and consent services may contact Google when the app opens. Once applicable privacy choices are established, the app may preload an optional ad before you choose whether to watch it. If consent or an ad is unavailable, the game remains playable.

App Store purchase

Apple processes your App Store purchase. We do not receive or store your payment-card information. Bricks Blocks version 2.0 has no subscription or in-app purchase. Apple's services operate under Apple's Privacy Policy.

Support communications

If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to provide. We use it to answer your request and troubleshoot the issue. We keep support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of support correspondence.

Children

Bricks Blocks is a general-audience arcade game and is not directed specifically to children. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. Advertising content is limited to an appropriate general-audience rating. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it.

Your privacy choices and rights

You can play offline, decline an optional ad, reopen applicable advertising choices and delete local game data by removing the app. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict certain personal data. This website

These Bricks Blocks pages do not intentionally use advertising cookies, analytics scripts or tracking pixels. Your hosting provider may process technical request information, including IP address, browser information and server logs, to deliver, secure and maintain the website.

International processing

Service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Their privacy policies describe the safeguards and legal bases they use for international transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app, its providers or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date on this page. Material changes will be presented through appropriate channels where required.
