These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Zeus Kingdom Blast (the “Game”), including its content, features, virtual currency and in-app purchases. The Game is provided by Hakce (“Hakce”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
01 Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Zeus Kingdom Blast (“Game”), including content, features, virtual currency and in-app purchases. The Game is provided by Hakce (“Hakce”, “we” or “our”). By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
The Game is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement for Licensed Applications also applies. In the event of a conflict regarding the license of the iOS app, Apple’s standard license prevails.
02 Eligibility and Minors
You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you reside, your legal guardian must review and accept these Terms and supervise your use. The guardian is responsible for purchases made by minors using their Apple Account or device, subject to applicable law and to Apple’s purchase authorization tools.
03 License to Use
Subject to these Terms and to Apple’s usage rules, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to install and use the Game, solely for private, non-commercial entertainment, on Apple devices that you own or control. The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved to Hakce and its licensors.
04 Gameplay and Local Progress
Zeus Kingdom Blast is a single-player Match 3 puzzle game. It currently does not require a player account. Progress, settings, Gold balances, power-ups and identifiers of processed transactions are stored locally on the device. Deleting the Game, resetting or changing devices, or losing local data may permanently erase that progress or virtual balance. Except where the Game itself offers a recovery feature, we are unable to restore progress lost locally.
05 Virtual Gold, Power-Ups and Digital Items
The Game may offer virtual Gold, power-ups, bonuses and other digital items (“Virtual Items”). They are licensed exclusively for use inside the Game. They are not money, stored value, crypto-assets or property; they have no cash value; they cannot be redeemed for money or prizes; and they cannot be sold, transferred, traded or used outside the Game. The Game does not offer betting, gambling, cash prizes or real-money withdrawals.
We may balance, modify or discontinue Virtual Items or features where reasonably necessary to operate, protect or improve the Game. We will not intentionally remove purchased and unused Virtual Items without a legitimate operational, legal or security reason. Mandatory consumer rights remain preserved.
06 In-App Purchases, Prices and Refunds
Optional Gold packs are consumable purchases. All purchases are offered, charged and processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Pricing, currency conversion, taxes, authorization, purchase history, parental approval and refunds are governed by your agreement with Apple and by the store rules of your country. We do not receive or store card data.
A verified purchase is normally delivered automatically. If delivery is interrupted, use “Sync pending purchases” in the Game or contact us. Because Gold is consumable, it is not designed to be restored after it has been used. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing in these Terms restricts refund rights or consumer rights guaranteed by law.
07 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Game in any unlawful way;
- Exploit bugs or manipulate purchases, scores, progression or Virtual Items;
- Use bots, scripts, automation, modified clients or unauthorized tools;
- Circumvent security or technical restrictions;
- Access or interfere with source code, systems or networks;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or create derivative works, except where expressly permitted by law;
- Distribute, rent, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Game;
- Introduce malicious code;
- Impersonate another person; or
- Infringe copyright, privacy or any third-party rights.
08 Intellectual Property
The Game, software, artwork, characters, designs, animations, music, sounds, text, logos and other content belong to Hakce or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. “Zeus Kingdom Blast” and its visual identity may not be used without prior written authorization. References to Greek mythology are creative interpretations and grant no rights over our original artwork, characters or features.
09 Updates, Availability and Changes
We may release updates, fix errors, rebalance levels, add or remove features and change technical requirements. Some updates may be required in order to keep playing. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted or compatible with every device and system version. We may suspend or discontinue the Game in whole or in part for technical, legal, commercial or security reasons.
10 Third-Party Services and Apple
The Game may rely on Apple services, including the App Store and StoreKit. Those services have their own terms and may not be available in every country. Apple is not responsible for the maintenance or support of the Game. To the extent required by the standard license, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the license terms and may enforce them against you.
11 Privacy
How information is handled is described in the Zeus Kingdom Blast Privacy Policy. The current version does not create accounts, does not display third-party advertising and does not track users across apps and websites. Apple separately processes purchase and App Store information under its own policies.
12 Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability or non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. These exclusions do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit statutory warranties or mandatory consumer protections.
13 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hakce, its owners, employees, contractors and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, nor for loss of data, progress, profits or opportunities arising from the Game. Where liability cannot be excluded, the total limit will be the greater of the amount paid for the Game and for purchases in the 12 months preceding the event, or US$ 50. This clause does not exclude liabilities that the law does not allow to be limited, including, where applicable, fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury.
14 Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate the license if you materially breach these Terms, commit purchase fraud, threaten the security or integrity of the Game, or where required by law. Upon termination, use must cease. Clauses that by their nature should survive — including ownership, warranties, liability and disputes — will continue to apply.
15 Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. Consumers retain non-waivable protections and may use the courts or mechanisms provided by the law of their habitual residence. Nothing restricts rights provided under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, European Union legislation or any other applicable mandatory rule.
16 Export and Sanctions
You may not use, export or re-export the Game in violation of applicable export control laws or economic sanctions. You represent that you are not legally barred from receiving the Game.
17 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms due to changes in the Game, the law, security or business practices. The effective date will be updated. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent. Continuing to use the Game after the effective date constitutes acceptance, to the extent permitted by law.
18 General Provisions
If any clause is held unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, without affecting the remaining clauses. Failure to enforce a clause does not constitute a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them in a reorganization, merger, asset transfer or by operation of law, with mandatory rights preserved. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the applicable Apple terms constitute the entire agreement relating to the Game.
